This Senior Three Physics course, taught by Tr. Chemutai Leonard at Kapchorwa Secondary School, introduces learners to foundational concepts in mechanics, light, waves, and heat. This course, S3 Physics by Tr. Roggers Waibi of Wante Muslim Secondary School, introduces learners to key physics concepts at Senior Three level. The topics covered include Reflection of Light, Refraction of Light, Waves and Sound, and Electricity & Magnetism.

By the end of the course, learners will be able to:

  • Understand and apply the laws of reflection and refraction in everyday life.
  • Describe the properties of waves and sound and their applications.
  • Explore the principles of electricity and magnetism through experiments and simulations.
  • Develop problem-solving skills through quizzes, discussions, and collaborative activities.

This course makes use of videos, interactive simulations, discussions, and peer learning to make physics engaging, practical, and enjoyable.
