This course helps learners understand basic chemistry and how it is used in everyday life. Learners will study topics such as Carbon in Life, Chemical Formulae, Stoichiometry and the Mole Concept, Fossil Fuels, and Structure and Bonding.
Through experiments, videos, quizzes, discussions, and projects, learners will build skills in thinking, calculating, problem-solving, and teamwork. The course also encourages the use of digital tools to support learning.
By the end of the course, learners will be able to explain chemical ideas, solve simple chemical problems, and apply chemistry knowledge to real-life situations and community needs.
