This course will introduce students to all the basic elements of foods and beverages with in a restaurant inclusive of the kitchen section.
It will expound on the deeper understanding of food service as well beverage service to ensure that students are prepared for hands on technical skills for the field or hospitality industry majorly hotels, restaurants among others.
